At Molby The Label, we want you to love your handmade pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached and the items are in pristine condition.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
